It's just a small trouble, isn't it?

So, why do I feel that it's no true?

I'm not getting better.

I want to tell everyone how I feel about my trouble but I can't. Because it's just a small trouble, isn't it?

I'm doing everything to overcome it but, if it doesn't work and I start losing everything I love?

Some days I don't want to continue, some days I want to give up.

Today is one of those days.
